These classes blend yoga poses into music, stories, community, and games for the whole family. Participants will
experience quality, joy-filled, family time, while kids can “show off” what they already know and can do
in yoga classes. Caregivers get an idea of how to practice yoga and calming strategies together with their
kids on the mat and at home.

Families come in all shapes and sizes so the $22.00 for this class covers 3 mat spaces - you are welcome to share those mats in any way you like - for additional mat space please go to the front desk the day of class and pay an addition $2.00 for each additional mat space you will need. 

All participants need a signed waiver. Adults need their own account, children need to be named and signed for on an adult's account. 

It is a great idea to sign up at least the day before our Special Events at Evolve, although if booking is still open on our site please feel free to sign up and come enjoy these wonderful experiences.
