Join us for a year-long journey toward holistic health and well-being. Each month, take on a unique wellness challenge and enjoy exclusive rewards to inspire your growth.
How to Participate
· Visit Evolve Wellness Collective to pick up your monthly Challenge Journal.
· Complete the challenge by the last day of the month.
· Celebrate your success at our monthly Potluck Lunch/Dinner
Bonus: Participate in all 12 challenges and be entered into a drawing for a Wellness Grand Prize!
Monthly Themes & Dates
January – Mindfulness & Meditation Friday January
31st @ 6:30pm
Challenge: Practice mindfulness or meditation for 5 minutes
daily.
February – Hydration & Nourishment Saturday
February 22nd @Noon
Challenge: Track and meet your hydration goals while enjoying
nutrient-dense meals.
March – Movement & Mobility Friday March 28th 6:30pm
Challenge: Include 20 minutes of daily movement or
stretching.
Reward: One free yoga or mobility class for anyone completing 20
days of movement.
April – Digital Detox Saturday April 26th @ Noon
Challenge: Dedicate daily screen-free hours and reduce social media
time.
May – Nature Connection Friday May 30th @ 6:30pm
Challenge: Spend time outdoors daily with grounding exercises or
walks.
June – Gratitude & Journaling Saturday June 28th @ Noon
Challenge: Write down three things you’re grateful for daily.
July – Community & Connection Friday July 25th @ 6:30pm
Challenge: Make a new connection, attend a class, or
volunteer.
August – Sleep & Rest Saturday August 30th @
Noon
Challenge: Create and maintain a nightly sleep routine.
September – Sustainable Living Friday September 26th @6:30pm
Challenge: Adopt one sustainable habit, such as reducing plastic
use.
October – Financial Wellness Saturday October 25th @ Noon
Challenge: Track your spending or set a savings goal.
November – Self-Compassion & Reflection Friday

Challenge: Practice daily self-compassion and personal
reflection.
