We will open the four directions together! drum repetitively together as a group for 30 or so minutes! relax with a guided meditation & sound bath integration & sharing time! •No previous experience required! •Bring your drum, & any comfort items (water, blanket, pillow), or borrow ours.  

It is a great idea to sign up at least the day before our Special Events at Evolve, although if booking is still open on our site please feel free to sign up and come enjoy these wonderful experiences. 

This Salt Cave Event has people seated in the chairs - the wood is covering the salt - 2 layers of yoga mats are set on the wood going the opposit direction as the wood - a blanket is spread over the yoga mats. Charie and Natina spread their things on the blanket.
