Event takes place in a Silk Hammock suspended from the celling., the pinnacle of relaxation!

What to Expect:
• A few minutes of Gentle Yoga stretches, allowing you to connect with your breath and set a peaceful tone for the practice.

• Guided Meditation & Intention Setting: Transition into a reclined position suspended in a silk hammock for a guided meditation that encourages mindfulness and clarity. We'll also take a moment to set personal intentions.

• Immersive Sound Bath: Experience deep relaxation as you're enveloped in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, nature sounds, and the melodic tones of the Native American flute., wrapped in the comfort of a silk hammock.

What to Bring:
• Wear comfortable clothing.

• Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and optional eye coverings will be provided.

• Feel free to bring your favorite pillow and a cozy blanket to enhance your comfort during the sound bath.
