Dive into the world of Music and Audio Production with our beginner-friendly class at CCA. Using Ableton software, this course is tailored for novices eager to explore the basics of music creation, understand music structure, and delve into audio engineering within the context of song production. Equip yourself with essential skills for musical expression, all while enjoying a hands-on experience. Students will be required to provide a suitable laptop for this class. 

Lesson Outline:

Week 1:  Introduction to Ableton and DAW Basics

Week 2:  Recording and Microphone Techniques

Week 3:  Using VSTs and Software Instruments

Week 4:  Arranging and Basic Mixing Techniques

Please note, if this is your first enrolment at CCA this calendar year, a yearly registration fee of $65 per student will be required upon enrolment. This once-off yearly payment covers a small annual administration fee, plus a CCA uniform t-shirt, a water bottle, and a CCA bag that is to be brought to classes. This will be charged to your account after enrolment.
