Sunday, May 4th, 9am – 12pm: One Heart Education and Meditation Event featuring Kevin Crenshaw the Heart Guy. We are truly honored to bring Kevin Crenshaw “The Heart Guy” to our community. A gathering centered on the Heart of Intimate relationships. We will begin with about 45 minutes of powerful insight into masculine and feminine energy, helping us better understand the natural dynamics that shape how we give and receive love. In addition, we will explore the importance of developing a strong connection with ourselves- because when we grounded in our own heart, we are able to show up with greater presence and authenticity in our relationships. We will then join in a global meditation, activating the heart’s power to restore and renew both our inner world and the relationships we hold dear.
