This is a full court Spring league for 5th and 6th grade boys.  The focus on this league is to ensure that each player involved improves over the duration of this program.  We will try our best to create evenly matched teams.  You can request to be on a team with one other player.  Requests for more than one teammate will be considered, however our primary goal is to keep teams as evenly matched as possible using what we observe during the evaluations.  

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

• EVERYTHING takes place at the HoopsStrength facility in Henrietta
• $5 tryout/training fee
• There will be 4 seperate evaluation times.  Players only need to attend one.
• There are no cuts for any player who trys out for a team.  Once we hit the threshold for tryout capacity, there will be a waitlist.  
• Practices and trainings will begin April 1^st and run through mid-June

• Cost of League: $405
• 1 practice and 1 workout per week
• 2 games a weekend
• Team Jersey (players will keep)

 

• Player Perks
   
• All participants will get 50% off group programming if they are looking for any extra basketball these include F3, 3 on 3 and summer camps through August
   
• We are always looking for great coaches- Coaches will receive a $375 stipend at the conclusion of the season as long as all practices and games are attended OR coaches can opt for $500 in HoopsStrength credit to be used for HoopsStrength group events, camps, ect.  (This cannot be used for private sessions).

 

• “Parent Passes”.  All parents/guardians will get a pass for weekend games.  This is for FREE admission.  We want to be clear on this upfront.  These passes will be non-transferable.  For instance, if we have a Saturday morning game, two parents/guardians that sign up for their passes will be admitted at no cost.  However, if an aunt or uncle from out of town wants to attend, there will be a $5 admission fee for any adult, and $2 for children under 12.  

 

A final registration link will be emailed out after the evaluations on Monday and Tuesday.  We hope to have teams solidified by March 1st..  This is when you will pay for the entire spring if you accept. If you do not accept the bid, players on the waitlist will be placed in the order in which they applied. More information will also be emailed out once you have confirmed.
