Join Us for Little Folkies at NIDO!

We are thrilled to introduce Little Folkies, a multi-award-winning folk music program for parents and kids ages 0-5, now available at NIDO in Mt. Juliet!

Little Folkies is a gentle, joyful, and interactive music class designed to nurture creativity, confidence, and connection through live acoustic music. Our talented instructors will guide children and their caregivers through singing, dancing, fingerplay, call-and-response, and hands-on instrument jamming with shakers, wooden instruments, and xylophones.

Perfect for: Babies, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 0-5) along with a parent or caregiver.

Montessori-Inspired Learning
This class is a perfect fit for NIDO’s Montessori-inspired space, where children explore and engage at their own pace in a warm, inviting environment that fosters self-expression and social interaction.

Rules & Policies

Age Requirement – This class is designed for children ages 0-5 with a caregiver present at all times.

Caregiver Participation – Little ones learn best by example! Caregivers are encouraged to sing, move, and play along with their child. You do not need to be musically trained—just bring your voice and enthusiasm!

Class Size – Each class is limited to 10-15 children to ensure a high-quality, interactive experience.

Cancellations & No-Shows – We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for a future class. No-shows are non-refundable.

Sick Policy – To keep our space safe and welcoming for all, please keep your child home if they are sick (fever, cough, flu symptoms, or contagious illnesses). We will do our best to accommodate one makeup class if availability allows.

Respect for Others – We welcome all families and encourage a positive, inclusive space where children and caregivers respect each other’s learning and participation.
