Momma & Me Yoga Series with Mt. Juliet Yoga

Join us for a 6-week Momma & Me Yoga series in partnership with Lisa Hoy of Mt. Juliet Yoga! This class is designed to help moms and their little ones connect through gentle movement, calming breathwork, and playful interaction in a serene, welcoming space.

Each session begins with 30 minutes of yoga—featuring soft lighting, calming music, and a nurturing atmosphere—followed by one hour of open play at Nido! It’s the perfect way to start your morning feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected with your little one.
