Join our 90-minute Energy-Breathwork Journey, led by local Practitioner Mallory Maran. This ceremonial experience integrates breathwork, evocative music, somatic release, individualized energy healing, and sharing afterwards. 

We will begin with a short talk to set the space, provide education on the practice, and share intentions. We will then go into a 50-minute breathing journey alongside powerful music. Participants will be guided in a rhythmic, circular breath that helps us drop into a shifted state of consciousness.

As a trained Somatic Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Energy Healer, Mallory holds the space and facilitates energy work and light touch when called to help participants go deeper.

You will feel a transformation in your psyche, physical body, and spirit. Your system will be primed to let go of anything that’s been weighing you down. This process can work on stress, stuck emotions, limiting beliefs, physical health symptoms, digestive blocks, hormone imbalances, inflammation, pain, anxiety, or other conflicts. As we release, we open into expansion, clarity, insight, alignment, and bliss.

After the Breathwork, Mallory will help participants integrate what came up, connect the dots, and root into their experience.

About the Practitioner:

Mallory Maran has a private client practice in the Coral Gables area. She specializes in anxiety, gut issues, hormones, and navigating relationships, marriage, and career. Her unique methodology weaves Energy Healing, Therapy, and Natural Medicine. Mallory got on this path healing her own body from chronic health issues when both conventional and functional medicine doctors didn’t have answers. For the past 8 years, she’s guided her clients through physical healing and spiritual expansion, and has a special ability to peel back blindspots and facilitate the body’s healing.

- Glaucoma
- Prior diagnosis by a healthcare professional of bipolar or schizophrenia
- Osteoporosis that is serious enough whereby moving around actively could cause potential issues.
- High blood pressure that is not controlled with medication
- Cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities including prior heart attack
- Family history of aneurysms 
- Hospitalization for any psychiatric conditions or emotional crisis
- Strokes, seizures, TIAs or other brain/neurological conditions or disease
- Any other medical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release
