Join Jenny and Karli (RYT 200) for a four-class series designed to lay the foundations of your yoga journey. In these 1.5-hour sessions, you’ll be guided through the essential principles of yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, meditation practices, and foundational postures.
This series is crafted to help you build a personalized understanding of alignment and flexibility in each pose, so you can feel confident moving on to Hatha and Vinyasa classes.
Expect a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where no prior yoga experience is needed. Each class will emphasize adapting postures to your unique body, promoting safety, comfort, and growth on the mat.
