OUR HIGH DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY IS AN ENHANCING PROGRAM DESIGNED TO TOUCH ON MORE SPECIFIC SKILLS. IT WILL DEVELOP SPEED OF PLAY, ATTACKING, THE INTENSITY OF YOUR GAME, AS WELL AS PUSHING YOU PAST NORMAL COMFORT.
WE DESIGN ALL PROGRAMS TO WORK ON THE INDIVIDUAL WITHIN A GROUP ENVIRONMENT.
DEVELOP THE INDIVIDUAL TO IMPACT THE TEAM
PREPARE FOR A FAST PACED, HIGH-INTENSITY TRAINING SESSION. EACH SESSION IS 1.5 HOURS LONG. YOU WILL BE DIVIDED INTO SMALLER GROUPS FOR EVERY CHILD TO GET INCREASED OF REPETITION AT EACH STATION.
- 4 Week Course
- 1.5 hours per session
- Monday Nights
- U8/U10 - 5pm to 6:30pm
- U12/U14 - 6:30pm to 8pm
- High school - 8pm to 9:30pm

Players will need shin guards, indoor or outdoor cleats, and water. You do NOT need a ball.
