Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Reiki master, sound healer, and yoga instructor Tonya Hockett for A Yoga & Sound Bath Experience all about Women's Empowerment!

Is 2025 YOUR year? Are you reclaiming your power? Reignite your inner fire, reconnect with yourself, & unlock and reclaim your own powerful energy.  Join us as we use somatic movements, breathwork, & moments of stillness to find confidence, set boundaries and gain inner strength to take control of our lives.  

We will end with a soundbath allowing us to fall into a deep meditation, encouraging releasing and healing of the mind, body, and spirit.  We'll leave feeling empowered, more confident, and rejuvenated in our intention to make 2025 our year. 

Dress comfortably; hot tea and water provided. Mats, props, and blankets are available in-studio but you're welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable in a studio setting.
