Curious about the GYROTONIC® method? This 4-week intro series is the perfect way to begin. Designed for new and returning movers, this series breaks down the fundamentals of the GYROTONIC® Expansion System—helping you build coordination, core strength, and spinal mobility in a way that feels fluid and intuitive.

You'll learn how to use the specialized Pulley Tower equipment and become familiar with foundational movement patterns. No experience is required—just a willingness to explore a new approach to movement that supports your whole body.

Pricing Options:

• Early Enrollment: $180 for 4 classes (register 14-days before the class series)

• Regular Enrollment: $200 for 4 classes

• Drop-In (if space allows): $55 per class, limited to 1 drop-in spot per series

New clients are welcome to apply their Welcome Package toward this series.

Arrival Recommendations

Accessing the Studio:
Our door is generally locked. If this is your first visit, please ring the doorbell when you arrive. If no one answers, call or text us at (415) 599-3223, and we’ll unlock the door remotely. For future visits, we’ll provide an access code for seamless entry.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to calm and focus your mind before class. You’re welcome to use rollers, balls, or massage tools in the studio to prepare.

Studio Comfort

• Wear comfortable layers—the studio tends to be cool in the morning and warms up throughout the day.

Studio Etiquette

• Socks are required for hygiene and equipment care

• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and minimize waste

Series Enrollment & Cancellation Policy

This is a 4-class series. Full enrollment is encouraged for best results.

If you need to cancel your enrollment, you may do so up to 7 days before the first class for studio credit, minus a $25 administrative fee.
No refunds or transfers will be issued once the series begins.

You’ll have access to one optional make-up class during the session if you need to miss a class. Details will be shared at the start of the series.

Class Minimum

A minimum of 3 participants is required for this series to run. If the minimum is not met, we’ll notify you at least 72 hours in advance. Your payment will be converted to studio credit, which may be used toward a private, duet, group session, or a future class series.

No refunds will be issued.
