ANIMAL FLOW SUMMARY

Animal Flow is a ground-based movement program designed to connect you with your body, allowing you to move more intelligently. Improve coordination, balance, stability, mobility, flexibility, strength and stamina, all while having fun at the same time!

Please note that late entry will not be permitted due to the nature of the door and buzzing system, try to arrive 10-15 minutes early.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in, and bring a bottle of water that you can refill with us.
