Join this 6 week series in Mat Pilates with the amazing Jane Bockman.
Come learn the fundamentals of Pilates and beyond. Pilates is a deliberate collection of exercises that promote strength, stability, and postural alignment; all while lengthening muscles and supporting the spine.
Pilates is suitable for all, including those with no prior experience. The exercises work best as a progression and Jane is excellent at offering folks appropriate modifications.
Registration for the 6 week series will allow you to build on your knowledge and skills creating a foundation to continue exploring and developing in Pilates. Jane has been teaching for many years and will carefully guide you through this full mind/body fitness option because Pilates entails a focused precision of movement.
By the end of the 6 weeks you will begin to feel how Pilates can support you throughout your everyday activities.
