Sound Healing (aka, a Sound Bath) is a healing practice which has been around for thousands of years. Used by the ancient Greeks and Egyptians, it involves a practitioner using sacred instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and singing, to assist you in entering a healing and meditative state.
