New clients are asked to arrive 20 minutes early. Guests who have had the orientation may arrive 10 minutes prior to their session. It's “lights out” at 10pm so please arrive early enough to use the bathroom + get comfortable.

There is handicap parking next to the front door. Enter the parking lot from Brecksville Road.
We request a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment without penalty. Appointment times will not be extended for a late arrival although you may quietly enter the room for the remainder of your appointment time. Clients will incur the full cost of an uncanceled or unattended session.
Clients may opt to bring: one or two small pillows, a blanket, a water bottle or travel mug with lid, ear plugs, eye masks. Food and snacks are not permitted in The Light session room.
Wear comfortable clothing as we require that all clients remain fully dressed throughout the night for both group + individual sessions.
And please, no perfumes or scents.
