**You must obtain a Swerk Basics license before you are eligible to participate in a Swerk Harder training.

In a Swerk Harder class, instructors may utilize choreography involving floor work and more difficult/higher intensity movements like tuck jumps or burpees. They may also incorporate choreographed lifts with weights, bands and/or floor mats, focusing on the upper body, lower body, or core. This is still very much a Swerk certification but we've elevated the routines and choreography to hit different muscle groups.

This SwerkShop will take place via Zoom. You will be required to have your camera on for the duration of the training to ensure you are participating and learning the key foundational skills.

*In order for the training to take place, we must have at least 3 people signed up! Should we not hit our minimum, we will reach out and get you rescheduled for later date. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend the training on the originally scheduled date, your ticket may be transferred to a future session of equal value, subject to availability.
