Adults and Kids 10yrs+

Prerequisites: Apply a footlock in the air. Climb to the top of the silks. Iversion from the floor. 10 second hang from the fabric.

In this class you will perform moves in the air. We will work through X-back straddles, new ways to climb, belays, variations in footlocks, wrapped leg moves and even some drops! 

Clothing: Wear form-fitting workout attire that covers your legs and midriff, and avoid clothing with zippers or jewelry that could get caught in the silks. Tie hair back so that it cannot be caught in the silks.

Hydration: Stay well-hydrated before, during, and after the class. Bring a water bottle to stay refreshed.

Grips: Enhance your grip by using rosin or a grip aid on your hands and/or feet.

Safety and Learning: It's important to prioritize safety and proper instruction. Students should not teach each other moves and should only perform the moves they have been taught by a qualified instructor.

Communication: Inform your instructor about any injuries or medical conditions you have before the class.
