Hello, my conscious friends! I am thrilled to host these amazing evenings filled with all the goodies and tools that I personally utilize for self-care, mindfulness, happiness, health, interconnectedness, and abundance!

I absolutely love curating these parties for optimal well-being, sharing information I have accumulated to date on holistic lifestyling , and connecting with all the beautiful like-minded souls that utilize SolFlo as one of their pitstops for personal care. This overnight adventure will flow gracefully with clearing and intention setting for our group, herbal tea party, a plant-based dinner, vibro acoustic sound lounges, DIY facial stations, a cleanse of choice (sauna, foot detox, soaking tub), a beautiful AM rise and shine ritual,  herbal mocktails and elixirs, and plant-based breakfast goodies. Let’s set the intention to raise our consciousness, take good care of ourselves individually and collectively, and gather to ultimately send our love and light out to the world as a means to heal on a global level.

Upon arrival, there is free non-zoned parking on Honore Street or 2-hour Pay2Park on North Ave. If you are in the city, an Uber/Lyft might be the best solution. Ring the intercom and take the stairs to the second floor!

This is a shoes and cell phone off space. We provide lockers and closets to disconnect from your belongings and connect with yourself. Bring a water bottle so you can get a free refill of structured + charged hydrating water to go!

We diffuse aromatherapy in each room, and there is an ancient housecat, Mr. Van, on the premises.
