*Please note this is a GIRLS only camp. It is a 4-day camp Tuesday to Friday.*

Time: 8:45am-3:45pm

Location: Clippers Sports Complex Arena (120 Weldon Road, Stouffville, ON)

Each Day Includes:

• 3 Hours of On-Ice Hockey Training (Morning 2 hours + Afternoon 1 hour)
• Outdoor Time (Speed & Agility Training, Multi-Sport Games, Team Building Activities & Ball Hockey)

Please note this camp is for 2011-2020 birth years. Players must be able to skate independently. Players must have a foundation in hockey and skating. For on-ice training, we form small groups based on age and skill level. Camp is staffed accordingly.

On-Ice Hockey Training Focus: Total Skills (includes but not limited to: Skating, Stickhandling Skills, Passing and Shooting Techniques, Game Situation Drills, Edge Work & Balance and Agility Development) + Scrimmage

What To Bring:

Hockey Training: Players must wear full equipment on ice including helmet and neck guard. Bring on-ice hockey stick and on-ice water bottle.

Outdoor Time: Wear/bring running shoes, athletic clothing, rain jacket, hat and sunscreen. Bring outdoor hockey stick. Outdoor time is rain or shine. Dress appropriately.

Bring a NUT-FREE lunch (including snacks) and a water bottle.
