Description

Embark on a transformative yoga experience designed to foster awareness of postural health and well-being. The workshop uses powerful, research-based, yoga-based tools to support you through your wellness journey. We will review:
  • what is an ideal/neutral posture
  • common postural misalignments
  • effects of postural imbalances
  • keys to improving posture using your yoga practice and in everyday life 
You will leave with an increased sense of awareness and a handout to refer to at a moment's notice!

Meet Diane Keyser, RYT-200, a certified yoga instructor who works with “ANY-BODY” who wants to understand and experience how a regular yoga practice can increase their healthspan. Through education, community, and a mindful yoga offering, you will deepen your yoga practice and learn tools to manage illness, injury, and the natural aging process. She is certified in Yoga for Posture, Yoga for Healthy Aging, Yoga for Cancer, Trauma Informed Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
