It’s NOT without reason the neck and shoulders are a leading cause of discomfort, pain and even mobility challenges. Our daily life style and manner of being could be the CAUSE of our pain! If you’ve ever had a stiff neck or difficulty moving your arms, you owe it to yourself to learn how to better use and care for your body. Trust me when I say you want to attend this workshop! The techniques I share will help you and help you care for others too!
Explore functional use and re-balancing of the shoulder girdle, rotator cuff, chest and upper back muscles. Practice will include adaptations for traditional postures as well as explore ways to avoid common injuries of mis-use, over-use and unintentional abuse of this often painful area of the body.
Workshop includes 90-minute practice and 60-min discussion.
