Morning Back to Basics Small Group Personal Training will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays in May from 5:30 am to 6:15 am. The cost is $56 and includes all 9 classes. Gym members get 40% off and only pay $33.60!
This class is perfect for anyone starting out, looking to get back into a fitness routine, or already active and looking for some new ideas and accountability!
Our Back to Basics group fitness series will focus on a variety of fitness basics including:
Cardio - including a 15-minute cycling
warmup
Low-impact training focusing on strengthening the
core and lower body, as well as balance and
flexibility.
Bodyweight training including exercises like
push-ups, lunges, squats, and planks.
Strength training using barbells, kettlebells and
dumbbells to isolate specific muscle groups.
The goal for this class is to focus on keeping workouts simple while developing healthy, sustainable fitness habits.
Attendees must sign up for all 9 sessions. In the event that class is canceled, class may be made up or refunded. Class is limited to 11 participants.
