Back to Basics Morning Small Group Personal Training will take place Mondays in May from 10 to 10:45 am. The cost is $21 and includes 3 classes (Mondays and Thursdays are separate sign ups). Gym members get 40% off and only pay $12.60!
PLEASE NOTE: You can register for Mondays and/or Thursdays. You must sign up for Mondays and Thursdays separately if you wish to do both.
This class is perfect for anyone starting out, looking to get back into a fitness routine, or already active and looking for some new ideas and accountability!
Our Back to Basics group fitness series will focus on a variety of fitness basics including:
Cardio - 15-minute cycling or cardio-based
warmup
Low-impact training focusing on strengthening the
core and lower body, as well as balance and
flexibility.
Bodyweight training including exercises like
push-ups, lunges, squats, and planks.
Strength training using barbells, kettlebells and
dumbbells to isolate specific muscle groups.
The goal for this class is to focus on keeping workouts simple while developing healthy, sustainable fitness habits.
Attendees must sign up for all 3 sessions. In the event that class is canceled, class may be made up or refunded. Class is limited to 11 participants.
