Join us for a relaxing and therapeutic weekend at the beautiful Camp Courageous near Monticello, Iowa on Friday, Oct. 11 and Saturday, Oct. 12.

Guests can arrive between 5 and 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11. We'll begin our evening with dinner over a campfire, followed by yin yoga and sound healing to wind down the evening.

There will be two sleeping options including a yurt (for a more primitive experience) and the Cabin. Restrooms and shower facilities will be available in the cabin.

Saturday morning, we'll start our day with a gentle yoga practice, a light breakfast and a hike through the woods. We'll end our time together with a workshop and lunch.

Guests are welcome to depart around 1 p.m. or join us for a relaxing kayaking trip down the Maquoketa (weather pending. Guests must provide kayaks and life jackets).
