Join Alex Ballew for a Primal Breathwork and Sound
Immersion experience. You'll be guided through a variety of
breathing techniques to bring you toward a deeper connection with
yourself, your body and your spirit. The primary style of
breathwork you'll experience is conscious circular
breathing used to unlock an altered state of consciousness. The
breath can help you move past blocks and stagnant energy,
increase your circulation of oxygen and activate different
areas of the brain to create new neural pathways for a deeper
awareness and stronger sense of self.
This journey will occur while experiencing sounds from
gongs, drums, didgeridoos, singing bowls, bells, rattles, chimes
and more. As you are enveloped in these vibrations you'll have an
opportunity for increased clarity, emotional revelation and
ultimately tap into your innate ability for self
healing.
Please bring a pen and journal, a bottle of water, and
cozy props to be comfortable on the floor.
