Have you ever been curious about meditation? Maybe you’ve tried it before and loved the relaxation and calm you experienced. Regular meditation keeps us heart-centered and grounded, enabling us to respond to life events with awareness and grace.
Join us for a three-session journey into meditation and mindfulness techniques.
Your guide will be Bhuvana Krishnan, a Chopra-certified Primordial Sounds Meditation teacher, certified Qigong Instructor, and Energy Medicine practitioner.
In these sessions, we will:
• Explore mindful movement techniques
• Practice various breathing exercises
• Engage in different meditation
practices
This class is perfect for
beginners starting their inward journey and
seasoned practitioners looking to refresh their practice.
Class 1 (90 min):
Introduction to Meditation
• Explore what meditation is and why we meditate
• Discuss the benefits of meditation
• Participate in a guided meditation practice
Classes 2-3 (60 min each): Deepening
the Practice
• Continue exploring different meditation and mindfulness
practices
• Begin each session with breathing exercises and mindful
movement
• Engage in various meditation practices
• Brief Q&A to address any questions
