A restorative yoga class with an emphasis on healing. 

This class is designed to assist in becoming present within the body, to move emotion and trauma that is being stored.  Using gentle somatic movements and breath to guide you back to a parasympathetic state.  Along with longer held supported poses to release deep tension and stress, and lower cortisol.  

With an option of additonal energy healing with reiki.
