Hands-On Energy Healing and Breathwork

SOUL RESET Breathwork is a deep, guided Somatic Breathwork experience in a safe and held container where your innate self-healing powers activate and connect to a higher consciousness where real transformation occurs. This in turn is even further amplified by the power of the remarkable EE System, which facilitates a deeper level of attunement, relaxation and healing to occur. Some describe it as the most potent energy activation they have ever experienced, life-changing, and akin to a revelatory plant medicine journey. During the breathwork, Jessie & Sasha work directly with you using energy healing and dearmouring techniques to assist in the release of stuck patterns & trauma in your body and energy field. This breathwork allows for a vital energy field to open where you are able to tap into and work with the subconscious, access repressed memories, heal physical & emotional blockages and awaken your unique personal gifts to contribute meaningfully in your life.

Through the incredible power of our breath, we release stagnant energies and emotional burdens, and make space for new insights, transformation, and a greater sense of presence.

We will conclude this breathwork journey with an immersive sound healing with celestial channeled singing and accompanying live sounds & music, including crystal bowls, violin, viola and mandolin. Enveloped in the gentle embrace of beautiful melodies and ethereal sounds, we will attune ourselves to the rhythm of our hearts and the whispers of our souls.

We have found this combination of powerful breath, energy and sound healing to be an incredible and beautiful way to let go, expand, and realign with your deepest Self. This unique offering is different from any other breathwork you may have experienced and no prior experience is necessary. We will guide you throughout your healing journey.

This breathwork is done laying down. Please bring blanket and small pillow if you prefer this for comfort. Preferred position is without pillow or just a small pillow.

What to bring:

• If you require a thicker mat to lay on, please bring it
• Eye masks may be helpful
• Water bottle
• Journal or pen/paper to write & reflect

Please let us know if you identify with any of these before we start. You may still be able to participate but at a reduced intensity. We will give you different instructions on how to breathe. Most importantly, listen to your body and intuition.

ABOUT JESSIE & SASHA

Jessie & Sasha facilitate breathwork and energy healing throughout California and have supported hundreds of clients in both group and individual sessions to make profound shifts in their lives.

Trained at Harvard as well as in multiple modalities of energy healing, including reiki, dearmouring, sound healing, somatic release, craniosacral, psychic mediumship, and medical intuition, Sasha & Jessie work in tandem to utilize the power of feminine and masculine energies to create a healing balance point.

From this balance point, they support clients to restore their own inner balance of masculine and feminine energies and, in turn, harness the power of these energies for self-healing.
