Ready to take flight? This 75-minute workshop is designed to empower you to defy gravity and build confidence in arm balances. Together, we’ll explore four popular arm balancing poses: Crow Pose, Twisted Crow Pose, Flying Pigeon Pose, and Eight Angle Pose.

Chrys will offer you the tools to approach these dynamic shapes with ease and curiosity, helping you develop strength, balance, and body awareness along the way. We’ll close the practice with calming breathwork and a grounding savasana to leave you feeling balanced and strong, on and off the mat.

Open to all levels - whether you’re brand new to arm balances or looking to refine your skills.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a refund less a 10% administration fee.  Any cancellations within 72 hours are non refundable.  

Please bring your own mat.  Limited mat rentals are available for $4 + HST.
