This workshop is designed to address the unique needs of men’s bodies, incorporating movement, mental health practices, breathwork, and intention-setting to help you feel grounded, balanced, and energized.
This workshop creates a safe space to explore the emotional benefits of yoga. We’ll focus on managing stress, anxiety, and mental well-being, helping you develop tools for emotional balance and self-care.
What to Expect:
- Opening Intentions: At the beginning of the session, we’ll gather in a supportive circle to share set meaningful intentions, and connect with like-minded individuals on the journey toward greater well-being.

Understanding Men’s Movement: Explore how men's bodies move, with a focus on strength, mobility, and flexibility. Learn how yoga can help release tension, improve posture, and build resilience.
