Run Orders and Course Walkthrough will be posted on the Steel City Ninja Facebook page the night before the competition. Because of the walkthrough videos, we do not anticipate a live walkthrough.

Check-in Time will be 20 minutes prior to the scheduled wave start time. 

Athletes must provide their WNL Ninjaworks ID number in their Wellness Living Profile

Redemption may or may not occur based on the schedule and number of athletes competing.
