This is a 5 week VARIETY series designed for intermediate to advanced students focusing on intricate technical skills in body positioning and mechanics that allow you to flow by connecting tricks and transitions to create a variety of combinations in varies hoops heights. In addition there will be a large focus on conditioning exercises intended to increasing upper body and core strength. Students will have the option to perform in the class graduation. Halloween theme. Prior experience and instructors approval is needed.
