This Mother's Day, treat yourself and your mama the gift of relaxation, rejuvination, and self care at Sea Me Rise! Join us fore a FREE Gentle Hatha+Restore Yoga class designed to honor and celebrate all the amazing mama's in our lives here and in the ethers! 

Please bring a yoga mat and your open heart! Doors open 3:15pm 15 prior to class beginning on time at 3:30pm. Please arrive 15 mins early to arrive with ease into your Sacred Space.
