Please wear comfy clothes, arrive 30 mins early to settle into the sacred space, feel free to bring your own props for your comfort level, you are always welcome to use our blocks, bolsters, and blankets we provide for your ultimate comfort.

Please arrive 30 mins in advance to settle in to your sacred space. It is traditional to wear whites for sacred ritual. If you have them wonderful and if not no worries please come as you are in layers comfy clothes. We have everything else you need, not even a yoga mat.
