Turn Up Fitness is coming to Uphora! Join us for a special masterclass on May 9 to kick off this fun hip hop fitness format at Uphora (and Asheville!).

We're bring three amazing guest instructors including Turn Up Master Trainer Quala from Winston Salem! Quala is a distinguished dance fitness instructor and trainer and core part of the Turn Up team. Check out Quala's IG to catch her creating fresh choreo to the latest hip hop hits, getting lit in her classes, or on tour with her musician husband. 

Other guest instructors include Jenn Germano who has been teaching dance fitness for over a decade. Recently relocated to the Triad from Buffalo, NY, Jen brings unreal energy and sass to the dance floor.

Marina is a longtime dance fitness student turned instructor who is eager to share her love of dance with you all.

And lastly, our very own Maui is recently Turn Up Fitness certified and will be sharing the stage with these awesome instructors. Maui will start teaching Turn Up classes on Mondays at 7pm starting May 12.

We're super excited to launch this fun dance fitness format to the Uphora community. Time to partyyy!!
