Online Pilates with Rachel Luck Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00pm 15 Jan - 19 Feb (6 classes)

This is an All Levels class which takes place ONLINE. 

Some individual correction will be given but participants should feel confident about managing their own bodies while exercising and take responsibility for working within their capabilities. Pilates is a body conditioning programme which helps build strength, flexibility, control and endurance – emphasising alignment, breath and development of a strong core.

A former Registered Mental Health Nurse and trained Counsellor, Rachel worked for MIND and in other community settings before training as an aerobics instructor and then as a British Association for Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase IV Exercise Instructor. Following the birth of her children, she trained with Modern Pilates as a matwork teacher (a course devised and taught by phsyiotherapists) and went on to complete advanced training in Pilates for back care, for shoulder, knee and hip and for the older adult.  Her further training has included one-to-one assessment, Pilates exercise prescription, Reformer and Cadillac (with Gordon Thomson – formerly of Body Control Pilates).

These sessions are held online via the Zoom platform. Login details will be emailed approx 24 hours before the start of the first session.

Refunds: No refunds given unless there are insufficient numbers; the Centre will then cancel the class and refund accordingly.
