What you will Learn:

• Explore the foundations and philosophy of Restorative Yoga, focusing on relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation.
• Learn how to effectively use props to support the body in various poses, allowing for deep rest and release.
• Study the nervous system’s role in restorative practice and how to create a calming environment for students.
• Gain hands-on experience teaching and assisting in Restorative Yoga classes, receiving personalized feedback to build confidence.

 This training is open to certified yoga teachers looking to diversify their teaching or practitioners who want to better understand Restorative Yoga for personal growth.:

Upon completion, you will receive a 20-hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training certification

• 200-500hr Yoga teachers which can be applied toward your continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance.
• There is no previous Teaching experience needed, if you are not already a yoga instructor, you can still attend this course, and be certified to teach Restorative yoga. If you obtain your 200hrs afterwards, any trainings done before will not be applied to continuing education courses in accordance with Yoga Alliance.
