We are hosting a donation-based benefit ride for our January Charity of the Month, the Alzheimer’s Association's Longest Day campaign. Let's rally and ride to help support them as they do everything in their power to support those with Alzheimer’s in Northeast Ohio.

The ride will begin promptly at the start time. If this is your first ride with us, you must arrive 15 minutes early so the instructor can fit you to the bike and provide first ride instruction. Unfortunately if you arrive later than 15 minutes early, we will need to reschedule your first ride because we won’t have enough time to set you up safely.

Wear gym clothes. We provide you with towels and cycling shoes or cages. Bring a water bottle if you would like, but we also have some for sale in studio. If you have cycling shoes with LOOK Delta and SPD cleats, you are welcome to use them but they are not required. 

Parking: Attendees may park free of charge on the street or behind our studio in the free parking lot of W 116th st.
