Whether new to Pilates or looking to advance, this workshop will teach you the fundamental exercises, starting on the mat and then applying our knowledge to the Reformer work, and help you to increase your comfort in joining multi-level group classes.

This workshop includes 8 sessions: 

- 4 60 minute sessions on Sunday at 5:30pm in the Reformer Studio

- 4 60 minute sessions on Tuesdays at 5:30pm in the Mat Studio

Clients have access to all 8 sessions. No make-ups available for missed sessions.
