This class is for suicide loss survivors, suicide attempts survivors, and anyone looking to get involved with the cause. A gentle yoga class with simple restorative poses and a focus on the breath. All abilities welcome, no yoga experience needed. A portion of all sales will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Wisconsin who will have a table of mental health resources for anyone who stops by TGY!
