The purpose of this gathering is to cultivate community for caregivers and pregnant mothers who are seeking spiritual connection and support. We will carve out this time to practice self-care and to deepen our spiritual practices in community. We will utilize blended modalities like reiki, gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and more. 

The energetic exchange is pay as you please, also known as heart dollars. The minimum suggested donation is $10. Your contribution will help us cover refreshments, and support the space so we can continue to grow our community.
