During this training we will explore different yoga postures and how to combine them with strength training. We will learn about the importance of music during a sculpt class and how to pick a playlist. Additionally, teachers in training will learn the importance of cuing breath to movement in order to keep the class flowing correctly and on pace. This training is for individuals looking to teach sculpt or individuals who just want a better understanding of the practice. A detailed agenda will be sent out to all who are registered prior to the intensive weekend.
