As we go into the new season, setting an intention can ease the transition from winter into spring. In this mandala workshop we will discuss the importance of symbols and why we use mandalas. We will do a small mandala vinyasa flow followed by a meditation before creating your person mandala.

Some supplies will be provided, though please feel free to bring your own pencil, ruler (straight edge) and any coloring supplies you would like.

You will leave with your own personalized mandala.
