This workshop will offer students the opportunity to fully break
down and explore the alignment and anatomy of the postures that
make up the Half series /aka Vinyasa Flow: plank, low plank,
upward-facing dog, and downward-facing dog.
Unpack not only what muscles should be engaged and how to do so,
but also how to navigate transitions between postures with safety
and power. Whether you want to find a new level of strength and
precision in your asana practice, seek to understand the subtleties
