Description
This 90 minute workshop offers the art of Thai vegetable carving with intention, and yoga practices. A vegetable and a carving knife will be prepared for each participant.
Meditation, chanting, hand mudra, and basic yoga gentle movements will also be guided to help participants cultivate peace, joy, and self love. Sound vibration will be offered at the end of the session to nurture the body, mind, and soul, with several sound instruments such as crystal bowls, ocean drums, Koshi chimes, etc.
*Please note, carving knives are only for use during the workshop and will be collected afterwards.

Learning objectives
1. To meditate by focusing on the present moment with Thai
vegetable carving
2. To acknowledge that our intention and process are the key, not
the product and actions which sometimes we have no power to
control
3. To practice pathayahara, vairagaya, and self love through hand
mudra, chanting, affirmation, pranayama and basic gentle yoga
movements
4. To calm the nervous system and rejuvinate the mind, body and
soul with sound vibration
5. To be exposed to and learn about Thai carving culture
