Immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds of Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls with our Sound Bath, designed to offer a calming pause at the end of your day. This therapeutic experience helps shift the energy of your body, mind, and spirit by soothing the nervous system and bringing you to a state of balance and support. It's an ideal way to conclude your week, reset over the weekend, and step into a new week feeling energised and positive.

Regularly spending time in a deeply relaxed state has been shown to have numerous health benefits. Our Sound Bath promotes a profound sense of rejuvenation and well-being, aiding in the release and clearance of built-up stress, overwhelm, and exhaustion. Special Instructions

What to bring...

  • Wear warm, comfortable clothing, fluffy socks & jumpers. 
    • Mats, blankets, eye pillows and bolsters are available to borrow at Zenergy or you can bring your own. 
    • It is advisable to put a pillow under your knees for added lower back support. 
    • Bring a water bottle

 

Some things to consider before the Sound Bath:
• Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Sound waves travel better through water. • • • When you are well hydrated, you will have a better experience. 
• Eat light and healthy food before the sound bath.
• Set your intentions and be positive.
• Settle yourself in the space with a calm mind and enjoy the experience!

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS & INFORMATION.

Prior to a sound bath, it is important you check with the contraindications below as there are professional best practice guidelines that need to be followed.

A contraindication means that at this time it is not suitable for you to attend a session.  

  1. If female, are you less than 3 months’ pregnant?   
  2. Do you have, or have you had, frequency triggered epilepsy or any seizures which you believe are sound triggered?   
  3. Are you currently being treated for, or do you currently have, clinical depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dis-associative disorders, paranoid schizophrenia or any other serious mental health condition?   
  4. Have you had a diagnosis of PTSD (or feel you have PTSD).  
  5. Have you recently had surgery or any medical procedure? Are there any complications or pain with this?   
  6. Are you prone to anaphylaxis or require any life-saving medication to be administered? Do you need to carry an Epi-pen, for example?   
  7. Do you have any serious medical condition or general special need (but are not considered a ‘vulnerable person’) I should know about beforehand?   
  8. Are you comfortable lying on the floor?   
  9. Do you have metal implants in your body, such as pins or joints?   
  10. Are you under 18 years of age or considered to be a vulnerable adult?

AFTERCARE

Like most holistic approaches, sound therapy sessions can sometimes trigger a personal process. This can be on a physical, mental or emotional level and is usually experienced as mild changes from what you would consider to be ‘norm’.
If symptoms are chronic or sudden onset, or you are at all worried, please contact your doctor as it is most likely that your symptoms are to do with something other than the sound therapy.
To support yourself after today, give some thought to:
• giving yourself time and space to process the session – this may mean blocking 
busy events from your schedule.
• drink more water than you would normally do – a few more glasses is fine
• give some thought to your diet, eat lightly after the session
• either avoid alcohol entirely or drink in small amounts.
Some people report feeling a little achy, fluey, emotional (teary) or hungover the next morning. This is a common response to a sound bath and may indicate a release of some kind. These feelings should pass within a few hours, but if you are at all concerned, please contact Amber or Sara. 

No refunds but you can sell on your ticket. You must email info@zenergywellness.co.uk with new name and contact details.  Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session to settle in and get zen. Doors will be locked at the start of the event and there will be no access.
