Join us to celebrate the Chinese New Year.  This will be the Year of the Wood Snake.  People born in the Year of the Snake are considered rational, calm, thoughtful, and loyal to their loved ones.  They have a taste for high quality and exquisite things, so with that in mind we will be doing some gorgeous Qi Gong exercises to say farewell to the Dragon and welcome the Snake.  We will embracing the late winter season and preparing for spring with exercises to leave you feeling relaxed and energised.
